Man, the Polish do like their Jesse Jane material. Those price are not cool, though.

I just looked at some of the specs for The Illusionist and Just Friends. Illusionist is presented in 16X9, and Just Friends is 1:78

If memory serves me, Illusionist is 2 35, and Just friends is 1 85.

I need clarification before I pull the trigger.

yeah, I was looking at that as I'm considering Equilibrium and it says 16:9 for that one two. I'm afraid it will be from that cropped 16:9 transfer released in the UK, although the UK release had only DD 5.1 and this Polish version says PCM 5.1.

Any way, it seems they describe all their BDs as 16x9. According to IMDB.com Just Friends 1.85, and the Illusionist is also 1.85. But before you take a chance on the Polish version, you might checkout the Canadian import - The Illusionist is one Alliance release they managed to not screw up, except for barebones with no extras.

Any way, it seems they describe all their BDs as 16x9. That's really not a problem for Just Friends as there almost no difference between 16:9 and 1.78 - 1.85 vs. 1.78. And according to imdb.com, the Illusionist is also 1.78. But before you take a chance on the Polish version, you might checkout the Canadian import - The Illusionist is on Alliance release they managed to not screw up, except for barebones with no extras.

Thanks for the clarification Cochise.

The extras or lack of extras for The Illusionist don't bother me. I will look into the Canadian BD.

I'd definitely be in for Just Friends and probably Jackie Brown and Charlie & the Chocolate Factory. I would have been in for Monsters Inc. but I got the japanese import already.

Did anyone notice the Pulp Fiction pre order they have listed for August 19th? If not, check the preview pic. It appears to be the TFI Video french steelbook.

If the package doesn't come in today or tomorrow I'll send an angry email.

Maybe you got hit by their occasional 2-month delivery time... Happened to me last time I ordered from there.
