$20.99 plus international shipping at http://www.k2dvd.com/default.asp. Note it is 1080i/50 so will need to research the capabilities of your player to make sure the disc will play.

It's actually 1080i/60 as Korean system is not 50hz like in Europe, so it's similar to any U.S. or Japanese discs that are 1080i.

Plays fine on my Japanese PS3 which doesn't play 1080i/50 discs.

I really like the movie too, a bit over the top but great entertainment value.

Oh, thanks for the update. I thought I saw it on the AVS list.

Both my players support 1080i/50 so I never know if a release is 50 or 60 Hz. It's kind of annoying since I'd like to be able to confirm that one way or another.

I guess Korea being NTSC not PAL should have been enough of an indicator, I just didn't think about it too much

dont get your hopes up

when I was there back in Febs the number of Korean blu-ray are very pitiful, most of the title are those already released in the US

even now if you browse through Yesasia which should have all Korean Blu-rays there are less then 10 title available

but all their TV programs is in HD though, I get to watch quiet a number of HD movie on the FTA channel at my hotel

I wish more Korean Drama's hit BR. I can't believe "Jewel In the Palace" isn't HD given it's production values. I mean shot on HD.
Hopefully "Delightful Girl Choon-Hyang" will be released on BR, the remake of "Choon-Hyang" with Han Chae Yeong.
For movies I really want "Volcano High" with Lossless. It's already been released on HD DVD so how about Lossless sound too!
Oh and Kannisto is "Time" what I think it is? The weird Plastic Surgery Korean flick? I would definitely be interested seeing that on BR.

Yes, I have that on HD DVD-R from Japanese HDTV movie channel, but only Japanese subs. I had a DVD of it earlier too with English subs. Would love to get many Kim Ki-duk films on Blu-ray from anywhere, but I haven't noticed any BD releases of his films yet.

He made that?! I'll definitely have to check out more of his films. Did he do that weird Reincarnation flick, I think it's called "Bulsaba".
