Suspiria in Italy 11th of March!
As kindly pointed out by Lee here:
Info on import Blu-ray titles
It appears that Suspiria is coming out in Italy on March 11th and has English subs too. I immediately pre-ordered from dvdland.it here:

I hope it's a good release. I've been waiting for this one for a long time

wow!
that is some hot news.
I'll have to find a way to get that one also.
I'll have to pray for region freedom.

That order sheet shows it as region 2.

They seem to show that "region 2" for many other Blu-ray titles as well, and at least some of them are at least region free in reality. I don't think it reflects the real region code situation.
I checked other Eagle / Eagle Pictures releases in http://www.blurayregioncodes.com/ and it seems that 1 of their titles (Illusionist) is region free but 2 others are locked (Four Feathers and Hero), so it could go either way...
I can manage with region locked titles so it's not a show stopper for me in any case.

The colors alone on Blu-ray would be amazing.

Yeah, actually I don't know what audio languages are included on this release but I think most or all of Argento's films have been available with Italian audio in the Italian market. All the versions of Suspiria I've had included English audio but I never had an Italian release of it. The shop listing only lists subtitles and doesn't mention the audio languages.
I'd be happier if it had an English audio track but I'm going to get it in any case.
IMDB lists these as the audio language for Suspiria:
Italian | Russian | English | German | Latin

Most other Italian stores list Italian & English audio tracks:

As with most Argento movies original language is confusing but I always thought Suspiria was supposed to be in English. You can use the UPC (8031179925797) to search for more info.
