Silbermond - Laut Gedacht - playback problems...i don't think its region locked

My region A PS3 won't play this german music BD. The cover reads its region B but I have reasons to believe it's not locked:

1) its sony
2) its a music BD
3) i don't get a wrong region message on the ps3

The problem is: it starts reading the disc, then returns to a splash blue screen and returns to the XMB menu.

Maybe the menu is a SD Pal stream ? Is there a way to go right to the concert, skipping the menu ?

Maybe there's an SD PAL intro before the menu that kills the playback in region A PS3. I've seen one disc like that so far (My Blueberry Nights UK BD), though that disc was region B locked as well. It behaved exactly like you described on my Japanese (region A) PS 3. It worked fine on my PC environment and I could notice the SD PAL intro there.

I'm not familiar with the title in question though.
