Default July 21st Releases (UK Version)

I see you guys usually run a thread with the new releases each week so i thought i'd start doing a uk version, so you guys in the US can see if anything worth importing is coming out, and the UK guys can maybe get some advice on titles that have already been released etc.

PS: This is my first attempt at a poll so take it easy on me if i mess it up, and give me some feedback on if you'd like to see this each week.

Wouldn't it be better to put this in the imports subforum? This forum is for domestic releases only.

If Mandy Lane is region free... I'll pick it up.

Even though it was a huge disappointment far too much hype for a regular slasher to which you can guess the ending after the opening credits

yeah I agree the steelbook is very tempting, and I like the idea of the UK release poll although my wallet won't.
Keep 'em coming!

btw:I want to see the bd import section here become the hottest forum on HDD
and I've got some great ideas I want to incorporate into threads
It's already the coolest!

btw: I read some great scoop late last night involving upcoming rumored releases including a movie that is supposed to be even better than "The Orphanage" which is saying something for sure.
That movie rocks.

i went out to pick up mandy lane this morining and got tempted in by the orphanage too

According to the box All The Boys Love Mandy Lane is in 1080p , 2.35: 1, has English (HOH) subtitles, and is in DTS-HD (High Resolution not MA) 5.1 + Dolby Digital 5.1, the case is labelled as region b but i don't have a way of testing it for other regions, the extras are an interview with Amber Head and Theatrical Trailer.

The Orphanage case says:: 1080p, 2.35:1, DTS-HD Master Audio, Spanish Language, English Subtitles, Region ABC. Same as the US do far but the difference seems to lie within the special features which are completely different. They are as follows:

Q&A with J.A Bayona
The Making of The Orphanage
The Set of The Orphanage
The Sound of The Orphanage
Interview with Guillermo Del Toro & J.A. Bayona
Lighting The Darkness
Roger Princep - The Casting
Deleted Scenes
Storyboards
Shooting The Credits
Animatics
Trailers
Projections

maybe they are the same as the US but chaptered differently i'm not quite sure.

anyways that was my round up of what i got this week

So which Orphanage is better for special features? Might get the UK edition

Have Optimum released Mandy Lane? There have been a few titles I want (Storm Warning) and they've completely locked them down

both mandy lane and the orphanage are released by optimum, mandy lane is stated as regiob on the case, but the orphanage is stated as abc.
