The action scenes in this movie... I havent seen it in a while but they remind me Pan Labrinth.... Because when they do happen they look perfect and sound great. I remember a scene where a guy is dieing and you can see his eyes fill with blood.

I'm working on it...

Could somebody please confirm if the Korean releases are Region A once they are delivered? I'm still hoping that they're region free...

According to the back covers they're region A.

You know. I know...but the one that asked the question apparently did not.

Hopefully some kind soul that has either a region B player or an HT PC can confirm the region locking.

I have a PC with an LG Blu-ray + HD DVD drive so I'll try to confirm the region coding when I get them.

I do, I was just asking if they're REALLY region locked.

Yeah, the back covers are not quite reliable all the time, especially when they claim the title is region locked. Usually when the back cover says all region, it's true...

I hope to get mine on Saturday or Monday.

Look forward to your comments about the PQ, coding etc later. Waiting for my order from YesAsia to ship. Even with 17% off they were more expensive than dvdfromkorea. However with YesAsia's free shipping I guess the total cost ended up about the same. I'd like to try dvdfromkorea some other time though (if you recommend them).

Yeah, I'll post about the discs when they arrive. Hopefully already tomorrow I'm assuming the postal connection between Korea and Japan would be fast but I won't really know before I get some packages from there.

I'll certainly recommend dvdfromkorea as a shop if the package arrives soon and in fine shape They actually allow you to define what they write in the customs information of the package when you make the order, which could be useful when ordering from Europe. The shipping for 2 discs to Japan was only 6 USD, pretty cheap.

They shipped by registered Air Mail though which means I'll have to receive it in person (a bit of extra hassle if it arrives on a weekday, but adds some security). One negative point is that they charged the CC pretty much immediately when the order was made which YesAsia doesn't do. Still, it's not a biggie when making reasonably cheap orders that are likely to be delivered as expected.

I registered for getting a notice e-mail when "Lust, Caution" becomes available for ordering there. It seems to be delayed, original release date was supposed to be today but dvdfromkorea doesn't even accept orders for it yet, it's classified as "coming soon".

I agree with kannisto, dvdfromkorea is an excellent shop. I have ordered from them multiple times and everything always arrives in great shape with excellent packaging.
