Default Changes to the PS3 lineup

Home Media Magazine has an article up that says the current 40GB PS3 is going away and the 80GB one is dropping to $399.99.

Well ... that's kinda correct I guess ... But from other articles I've read it sounds like the new 80gig is more like the 40gig model upped to 80, by which I mean, the new 80 model will be lacking the ps2 b/c, card reader & 2 of the usb ports that the current 80gig model has.

I do wonder though if the new 80gig will be including the rsx @ 65nm, I think it fits with the time frame that's been mentioned for that to happen, that might make it worth considering
