8 Out of 10 Stream Content Through Their Blu-ray Players
That's a big jump over game console and connected TV users, who hover in the 60s.

Not surprised
Not surprised given that it's also far more common to hook up a BR player to the internet than hooking up a TV. So many BR titles require a web connection for additional content. Not much reason to hook up a TV however.

I don't use my bluray player, mainly because the interface on my Sony BDP-S570 for streaming is so ugly. Plus it sits and buffers for a minute or two every time it goes to play. I use my ps3 the interface looks good and it starts instantly.

I am apparently in the 20 percent category. I would not even think of connecting my player to the net, talk about slow-downs while I try to play a disc and extra content is loaded, or even the glitches and problems associated with BD Live discs in general which often times the solution is to disconnect from the net and delete your BD Live content from memory.
The only "streaming" I do is from a hard drive or flash drive.
