Kroger Gift Card deal -- save $10 on each $100 you buy with their Saver Card
For Each $100 you buy in Gift Cards from them you save $10 instantly. You must have their Kroger card.
Up to $500 worth of GCs can be bought per Kroger Value Card.
I did this for Best Buy Gift Cards but they have a lot of other cards to choose from in store (Sears, K-Mart, Applebees, etc etc). There is a sign up on the doors as you walk in and my Kroger had a stand in the middle of the store with the cards and details.
Saved me $20 at Best Buy this AM.
Hope it helps someone.

No you buy Gift Cards to BB, Sears, K-Mart etc from Kroger.
You Save $10 per $100 bought ie buy $200 worth of BB cards at Kroger for $180.
Take to BB and spend the $200 (that you only paid $180 for)

Is that how it works? I thought it was you bought $100 worth of gift cards and they give you a coupon for $10 off your next purchase.

I believe the answer is yes but not ALL GCs they sell work on this special.
Also all of the CC style cards I saw (Mastercard, VISA, Amex, Discover) all had a $4.95 activation fee per card. Kinda sucks. -

Thank you for this – with Kroger next door to my Best Buy, I just saved an easy $10. (by the way, Kroger will let you do this 5 times in case you're thinking of stocking up on gift cards)...

It applies to 8 different gift cards. Best Buy is one of them, the AMEX, MC, and Visa are not. I believe Itunes, BB, and some others are. I will post tomorrow once I actually look at them again. It also is available at all Kroger Family stores including King Soopers, Fred Meyer, QVC, Smiths, etc.

FYI, I did this yesterday (thanks!) but was forced to buy 4 $25 Best Buy gift cards to get the discount. A single $100 gift card didn't ring up correctly.
