Thread: HP: HBP @ Target for $10

official policy from Target corporate/HQ is do not accept just printout/single page flier. they want you to get the FULL flier, EVERY SINGLE PAGE no rips!
so how it filters down to all of the middle management through to the final cashier is the 'fudge' factor. my local target's cashiers are all VERY well trained and highly empowered employees... so nothing really gets by them. the plus side is that they have confidence to discount like no1 else... =P.
again YMMV =P -

^The last time I tried a printout they gave me the "this isn't policy, we need the ENTIRE flier" spiel but in the end made the exception. I agree that having the actual ad will reduce a lot of potential headaches. Mine is set aside for tomorrow

I have to admit that I got a chuckle out of reading that your local Target cashiers are highly empowered employees. I just got back from my Target and the cashiers there all had ''I hate my job and I want to go home now'' look on their faces, lol. Must be a Monday thing.

I think that's a Monday thing. Cause I don't feel like being at work on Monday's either.
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint. It's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly... timey wimey... stuff. -

this will make my purchase of the HP1&2 ultimate editions less painful.
This for $10, and I've got a $10 reward zone coupon at BB to pick up the UE's.
Thanks OP.
I guess I'll be stopping at the Wal-Mart CS desk on my way to work, to pick up their ad.
FYI, $15 in Minnesota
Wow, I may be screwed. My order with Amazon is with "free shipping". Not expected to ship until 12/14, and delivered After Christmas. Yes the order shows as "shipping soon unable to cancel".
F that. I'm on the phone with them now, hoping they will cancel it.
Update: crap. No go. they are not able to cancel it.
Has anybody had any problems with just returning Amazon order (from USPS) by way of "return to sender"?Last edited by cloudy; 12-07-2009 at 06:19 PM.

No need. I was simply trying to be humorous (not to mention attempting to lessen your disappointment by warning you before you'd find out the hard way).

I've done it before. Shouldn't be a problem.
I was forbidden to buy any movies from Black Friday through Christmas. I emailed my fiance and her mother with a link to this thread. I also left the Walmart ad with a $5 Target coupon sitting on the table. They better get the hint! -

Thanks.
After my failed calls, I decided to leave an email.
Got a pretty quick response, fully refunding the amount of my order (within the next 2-3 days). Of course they made sure to ask that I return/refuse the order when I get it.
At least this way I won't have to forever to get my refund. And no I will not temp fate by keeping the movies. -

For any B&M coupon use
Get PM and try to use coupon
if no go add another non price matched item ie another Blu ray use coupon return item #2 later, as usualyl the coupon itself shows as -5.00 on receipt total at non Bestbuy stores,BB takes coupon of the item price which is then what is rung up
