Agreed, your best route is to call and explain your situation as they might replace it for free. I just did this for PoTC-DMC as it was missing the 2nd bonus disc (waiting on the mailer for the replacement). Was on hold a little but worth the wait as the CR was courteous and willing to help.

Per the website, their disc replacement program normally costs $6.95, details here: http://www.disneystudioshelp.com/det...__SUPPORT.html

Yes....cancelled my original order and picked up Monsters, Up, and Pinocchio for $42.97 ($14.32) each. Awesome deal! Now I don't have to go through all the trouble with price matching at walmart/target/bestbuy and worrying about deal stacking. Go Amazon!

Hello,

I am sorry but your order #102-6394782-9824211 didn't meet all of the qualifications for receiving DISNEYBD discount. Specifically, the Monsters, Inc. (4-Disc Edition) [Blu-ray] is not part of the qualifying DVD's

Restrictions for promotional offers vary, so I recommend reading the "fine print" details.

I hope this helps. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Not exactly. They told me the same thing, and then said just cancel your previous preorder then re-place the order with all 3 (MI, UP + qualifying title) using the coupon code. It worked fine for me. I WASN'T able to combine a new order with my preorder and use the coupon code though, so a new order was the only way.

the key is the "qualifying" title. MI is NOT a qualifying title in of itself. u can't just order Up and MI and get the coupon to work is the POINT. therefore it's not stackable.

Qualifying, not qualifying - it would have been MUCH simpler if Amazon just dropped the Up + MI for -$10 and just said Disney: Buy 2 save $10, buy 3 save $20, first movie must be Up.

I already ordered Up & Monsters Inc, and together with the "Snow White Thanks" discount, I was able to get it all for $32.98. I want to redo my order, but I am worried that I will either not get the Snow White discount or not be able to stack the two together.

Anyone tried this yet? If I can get it to work, that would be $22.98 for both of them!

I emailed Amazon regarding the order and they've applied the promo code. Both Up & Monsters Inc for $22.98.

I <3 Amazon.

Try making a new order. At the last page before you click "Purchase" you'll be able to see if it works in the order total. If it does, fine, click purchase & delete your old order.

Glad I saw this, thanks for posting... I took advantage of the first offer a couple of days ago. Cancelled today and added another one for another $10 off. SWEET!!!
