Agreed. I will hang on to my Amazon order and simply refuse shipment if I can get the better deal at Target.

Amazon doesnt price match.

Price Matching

Amazon.com does not price-match with other retailers (including those who sell their items on our Web site). We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.

Please note that in some cases our Web site offers lower prices via the used and new offerings available from Amazon Marketplace or Merchant sellers. For more information, please read our Marketplace Help section.

Yes, if Amazon decides to drop the prices for Up and Monsters Inc in the pre-order stages, you will get the lower price. If they don't, and you get charged $37 for the two, good luck asking them to match Wal Mart. So cancelling your Amazon order is not such a bad idea, b/c you know you can get them currently cheaper at Wal Mart (and get them on day one), HOPING that Amazon matches Wal Marts prices.

Last week, they were meeting best buys prices, but that was independent on whether you actually purchased something or not. They were just trying to stay competitive. Why do you think their policy implicitly states they don't match comptetitor pricing?

That means you cant ask them to match a price, they still match other stores all the time. this is like snow white at walmart so if walmart has a lower price im sure theyll match it btw im not getting it at amazon

Thanks. I'll keep a look out for it then. Was just making sure. I was pretty sure they didn't advertise pre-orders or future titles.

Seeing the Best Buy prices in another thread here, effectively, makes BB's price on both the same as WalMart's

Up - 23.99
Monsters Inc. - 18.99
Total - 42.98
Coupin - (-8.00)
Final - 34.98

Wal Mart's total is 34.92 (oh, yeah, they beat BB by 6c) LOL.

Does not look like worth the hassle, plus you get Reward Zone points if you are a member.

Plus you get the steelbook for Up at Best Buy. But, there is the $10 off coupon at Target as well, and if they price match Wal Mart, Target seems to be the best price. I didn't think they price matched, but I could be wrong. Also, if you use their store coupon, will they also let you use the manufacturer coupon? These are questions I would like to know the answers to.

Target does PM competitor's as long as you have the ad. All my Target's have signs posted at Customer Service and their registers.
