I certainly hope so. I picked up the 3-disc Oz and would like to do the same for GWTW.

Well, WBshop.com has put GwtW UCE up on sale for $51.95, like they did for Oz right before release. Coupon Code XB992 gets you 20% discount, knocking it down to $41.56 - but it doesn't work if you've used that code before on your account (but you can delete any WBshop cookies in your browser and then make a new account with a different email address & it will work). But they now charge sales for AZ, so that bumps it up to $44.27 for me, so for a buck more I'll stick with Amazon and get it on release day with Prime.

Anyone know anymore / better WBshop codes?

If ordering only one item, make sure you get free shipping. I know there's a code for free shipping on orders over $30. Code is "SHIP30".

I tried "wbinsider25" but that was a no-go in the set. There's also a code out there for $5 off $50 if your order ends up over that total.

btw, the last time I ordered from Wbshop, I did a trial run on Fri. and they added tax. But when I decided to go ahead and place the order on Sun., they did not charge tax. Don't know why, but I figured i would throw that out there. I will probably place an order for the GWTW dvd set this week, may hold off 'til Sunday and see if it happens again. It's a gift, so I am in no hurry for it.

I wouldn't fight the crowds on Black Friday if my life depended on it.

And this thread is for the Ultimate Collector's Edition (UCE), so I edited the thread title to indicate that. I was fine with the Walmart single disc version for Wizard of Oz - I don't care for Oz as much as GWTW, and that single disc still had plenty of extra features on it. The single disc version of GWTW only has commentary from some historian on it as the only extra feature, and at only $7-$10 less then the 3 disc UCE w/ ton of collectibles, way overpriced IMO. The 2nd disc (BD 50GB DL) has hours and hours of interesting features, and, having missed it with Oz, I want the 3rd disc with When the Lion Roars DVD.

8am? Good luck with that. If your Target is anything like mine, people will start forming a line around 11pm (if not earlier). If this version of GWTW is really a 1 disc version, it is not worth the crowds IMHO.
