I did receive the Snow White Thanks.

Here was my situation:

I pre-ordered Snow White with the code. This knocked 10 bucks off. Then Snow White was dropped another 5 dollars in price down to 19.99 from 24.99. I was credited another 5 dollars, bringing my total down to $9.99. I know some people cancelled their original order and reordered when the price came down. I did not.

The Snow White thanks just showed up in my basket when ordering the Pixar movies. Essentially making Snow White free.

I am also an Amazon Prime member. I don't know if that plays any part in it. I did not order before the $10 code, but I did order before the $5 price drop. And I never cancelled and re-ordered. Don't know if any of that helps anyone narrow down why they didn't get the deal.

This makes sense to me now. I have two amazon accounts. One old one which I haven't used in months. And another one which I share Prime with my Dad. I had previously canceled a Snow White pre-order on my non-Prime account from a while back. This account received the Snow White thanks $10 and I never reordered it. My other Prime account did not receive the "thanks" promotion, though I did use the $10 off "snowhite" and I placed the order after the 24.99 to 19.99 decrease.

It seems that with all the posts here that you had to order before that $5.00 drop from $24.99 to $19.99. It doesn't matter when you used the "snowhite" coupon. Even if you canceled it like my first order, as long as you placed a pre-order before that drop, you got it.

Strange...I guess we'll never really know why some accounts got it while others did not.

I'm a prime member who ordered Snow White and I'm on the last page of my order and their is no extra 10 snow white thanks discount.

Not sure if I want to do the order and then call/e-mail amazon only to have them tell me they can't do that promotion anymore.

I am the same situation as yours but I did not get the "Snow White Thanks" when I ordered Up and Monster, Inc. I had to call customer service and they gave me $10 discount.

As Up and Monsters Inc haven't been released yet, why not just place your order for them, then call customer service to ask for the 10 dollar discount. If they say no, you can always cancel. Sounds like those who called in to customer service have been having success.

Just received a response to my email saying they were refunding $10 to my credit card...not sure why that is since I haven't been charged for it yet. They also refunded me the $5 for Snow White twice...who knows what is going on over there at their call center.

Just received another email stating I was receiving a $10 "good will refund" on Snow White. I was supposed to be receiving $10 off my Monsters Inc/Up order. Maybe I'll get lucky and they'll give me the real $10 off I was supposed to get as well.

As of now I paid -$5 for Snow White.
