i sold my canadian import, hoping they would add some extras. i hope it has subs, canadian didn't.. not even a menu!

Was supposed to ship yesterday for delivery tomorrow but now showing delivery on or around 9/24/09 - 9/29/09 and says ready to ship within 1 - 3 weeks.

Picked this up last nght for 10 smackeroni's at WalMart.
Love the flick. The transfer's ok. Ronnie's Yu's blu hued tint for most of trhe movie doesn't lend itself to the greatest of HD presentations. Still, a solid effort and definite pq upgrade over the dvd. The audio's not bad either and not overly loud as I remeber the DVD being. Still packs some good punches throughout. Coulda swore this was going to be in True HD 7.1 but the packaging is correct it is True HD 5.1. As for the extras, I'd have to double check the DVD but I believe all the extras from the DVD are on the blu ray. I couldn't find the trailer for the film on the BD but it was late and maybe I was getting sleepy. All in all a good buy. If you go thru Amazon or find the wallmart deal on this, either way you'de be getting a good bang for your high def dollar.

I also picked this up at Wal-mart for $10 along with Texas Chainsaw (2003) for $15.
