still roughly $2.78 per episode. it needs to be around $150 to be worthwhile for 79 episodes (roughly).

as with most amazon's BD titles, it can dip towards 50% which is $175. that's when i'll pull the trigger on this amazing and incredible series. 2bad it won't include 'The Plan' or the 2 Bonus features from the SD DVD release:

Miniseries: The Lowdown
Season 1: The Lowdown

Those two bonus features are basically recycled into the picture-in-picture material. There might be some of it missing, but most of it will still be there.

Obviously it won't include 'The Plan' since that one is still a ways away.

True to their word, Amazon has already lowered the price of my order of nearly two months ago!

I will buy it when it is $180. I think everything above $ 200 is too expensive.

Around $175 is my target either for the box or the individual seasons. I don't really care for the bulky box.

Never seen the series, but that many hours of entertainment is worth $220 if you ask me.

For me, this is one of those few things in life where price is no object. Sure there are limits, but I would rather own BSG on blu-ray than anything else.

i used to think that way drammattex, but then i started to like too many things and place the 'cost no object' mentality on many, franchises/tv series, etc. the end result would be thousands upon thousands of bux in debt. ofcourse that's what they want in the 1st place .

so i've been shopping smarter now. plus, there's so much content i currently have already! i can't imagine adding MORE and more to what i gots now.
