i didn't send in my packing slips. I went to the order history and printed out the order receipt. I sent those in with whatever else was needed. So just go to your order history and print out that page. I also circled the dates and price. Hope that helps.

I sent both rebates in the same envelope and received one $20 rebate the other day. Am I going to receive the other one? I probably should have mailed them separately. Did anyone else do this?
