I don't know if this deal has been posted anywhere, but I just bought Lost BR 1 and 2 at Costco yesterday for $38.99 each. Regular price is $48.99 each but Costco is taking $20 off the purchase of two seasons on the same receipt. These discs also include the DVD rebate coupons.

Yeah I guess we have to cut the UPCs off. Why don't they just ask for the little proof of purchase thingies they put in there?

All I submitted = 1 of the little proof of purchase from the DVD (in the center spine, has 2, A and B) and another little proof of purchase right above the upc on the jacket cover of the BD. Seperated both rebates for season 1 and 2. All the rebate form asks for is the proof of purchase OR the upc. Either one will work.

Wow, that's a really sweet price. This should be a new thread or this one needs to be renamed. That's better than the Amazon deal because apparently you can't do the DVD rebate deal with the Amazon purchase because you have to be in the same state?

I don't know that the same state requirement really matters. I submitted three Paramount $10 rebates and one Disney rebate that had the same "same state" requirement in the terms. Two titles were purchased from Amazon and two from Columbia House. All the rebates were honored, despite that clause in the terms.

I sent mine in with an amazon receipt and am not too worried about it. I usually buy my blu rays on amazon and have used rebates like these before. Anyway, I'm thinking since I live in NY and am taxed on amazon now anyway I'm safe

I do too, and between having to return S2 due to damage and just time elapsing, my packing slip seems to have disappeared, but there is no date on the form for sending it in-- even though it's over 30 days does anyone think there will be a problem? (I wish they just had a phone number to contact, I had sent an email with a question through the customer service pages and of course no response)

Thanks for the followup that Amazon worked ok, I wonder if they'd just take a printout of my account/order page..?
