Next trip to Walmart and I'll be all over Robocop if they have it... my walmarts (yes all 3) have really been scaling back as of late on Blu Ray items... I cant imagine it'll go much longer though, as Christmas time is sure to be filled with blus.

Yeah it's weird, the stores around me have mostly gotten rid of their $10 titles.

Yea... mine too, what's up with that? They dumped HD-DVD like it was the plague, then rolled-out the red (or maybe blue) carpet for Blu-ray, and now they're tearing down the Blu-ray aisles. My wal-mart's now only sell Blu-ray titles in a tiny little glass case.

Same here...I was reading all the articles about how Wal-mart was redoing their electronics sections to promote blu-ray but both of the Wal-Marts I visit cut back on thier Blu-rays. One only has the endcap and the other had a entire aisle for blu-rays and BD players and now that has been cut in half. Looks like I'll be sticking with Amazon for my blus.

I thought it was pretty gay. It is basically MMA meets "The Fast and the Furious". You have a bunch of 30 somethings playing teenagers in high school, beating up on each other. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone over the age of 18.

Basically a modern day Karate Kid. I enjoyed it mostly because I could watch it with my son. We both are Martial Artists so it was fun to watch this together.

The nearest Walmart to me had plenty of titles. Then they did the remodel and at least half the Blurays disappeared. I asked the manager of the electronic section what happened. He said that they sent back some of their selections because the remodel was going to take a while. After the remodel was done they ran out of room and now dont have anymore room. Booo.

Then in one of the best Walmarts (based on Bluray section) thats in a different city but where I work. They actually had an even bigger selection. They had a section at regular prices (new releases etc). Then a 19.99 section, a 15.00 section, a 14.99 section and then a 10.00 section. I would stop in there on my way home and grab me a couple of movies like once a week. Then one day they were just gone. I asked one of the supervisors in the electronic section what happened. She told me that was just a periodic sale they were running that it wasnt considered their standard setup for blurays. Now all they have is a small section of new stuff and a very small 10 dollar section.

Sucks! They were actually getting business that Amazon normally got from me. Price wise it wasnt that big of a deal but it was nice not having to wait for the movies to show up in the mail.

Yeah I picked of Lord of War & Pale Rider yesterday. To get back to everyone else's complaints, my local Wal-Mart only has an end cap now for blu-ray. They previously had an end cap and half an aisle, then an end camp and an end cap of a display in the middle of the big aisle ($15 titles) where they keep on sale DVDs and now just an end cap. The $10 titles they had were American Psycho, Lord of War, Pale Rider, Robocop, The Descent and Stir of Echoes.

They did have the a bunch of the 1.1 Magnavox BD players for $98.99.
