Red 2 Blu trade in program

I got my second order in the mail yesterday. (I order a few when it first started and then I decided to order a few more) All of the movies were sealed and in great shape except Planet Earth. I opened the wrapper and the first disc out of four was cracked. I called customer service and they said they would ship a replacement right away. Then I asked what do they want me to do with the damaged one and they said ship it back and they gave me a RMA#. The bad part is they want me to pay to ship it! I'm not too happy about that

Forgive me for not finding this needle in the haystack, but when does the program expire?

I was thinking Oct 31, 2009, is that right?

Anybody know?

The Program may be terminated by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc.
at any time and if not terminated by December 31, 2009, the Program shall
be deemed to expire on December 31, 2009. If the Program is terminated, all
exchange requests made prior to the termination date will be honored; provided
that the corresponding artwork packaging sleeves are received no later than three
(3) weeks following the termination of the Program. If the Program is not
terminated and expires on December 31, 2009, all exchange requests made prior
to December 31, 2009 will be honored; provided that the corresponding artwork
packaging sleeves are received by January 21, 2010.
