I received another two postcards today for a total of five. Haven't called them back--why bother as I have every intention of leaving the order open until Casablanca Ultimate Edition ships. I wonder why they keep bombarding me with postcards.

At first I thought this offer was not all that great. But then I almost went ahead and bought the Matrix ultimate collection for $57 through amamzon's DOTD, and suddenly realized Duh, I can just use this program instead to get it for $20. I think on box sets, this is a great deal. I'm just a bit reluctant, with all the posts about LONG delays in shipping. But it's really no big deal I guess, I can still watch my movies in HD-DVD until I get the upgrades.

Also, I didn't bother calling when I got that CASABLANCA backorder card. I had dealt with a rep on the phone and got them to send me the rest of my order, and knew it would be on backorder. But that was weeks ago....

Casablanca UE is in stock. They will all ship by friday, but will not be shrinkwrapped.

I tried to confirm the order 3 times after entering my account information. It froze and clocked each time I tried. Who knows if it went through or not.

I also just spoke with a rep who said they will ship out this week. They will not be shrinkwrapped b/c they wanted to get them out A.S.A.P. Also she did verify that it was the UE not the single disc. Most notably she said that I was not going to have to pay for it or the shipping!! Becasue it took so long they are sending it free. That was surprising b/c I had my order split and they had said I would have to pay an addtl. ship charge when it came in. That does not appear to be the case. Also she said I would get an email explaining all of this and describing that it will not be shrinkwrapped.
So hopefully everyone who has waited since April is going to get this deal.

I spoke with Alicia and she said the exact same thing, NO CHARGE, due to the inconvenience of having to wait so long. No shrink wrap because it would take a minimum of another week to shrink wrap them all. Mine would be shipping by Monday at the latest.

Of course, for those that were going to re-sell these, the no shrink wrap is a downer.

how long did it take from when you sent in your original order?
