funny, when i printed the mailing label, the return address has my name but the address is for the destination. i guess i shouldn't bother changing it since my order will be tracked.

Dammit, I threw that card away when I got it, like, a month-and-a-half ago because I got an e-mail telling me the same thing! I paid no mind to it!
I don't have my account number and cannot contact them to get my order split up from Casablanca!

You don't need your account number. Call them. They can look it up with just your name.

I sent an e-mail to check my order status and according to the response the only thing my order is waiting on is the 10th Anniversary Matrix disc. I was offered the chance to split the order up and just sent back a request to do just that. I submitted my order as soon as the announcement had gone up that the offer was available, so it's been several weeks already. I figure I may as well get them to process the order asap now while they supposedly have plenty of copies of Planet Earth in stock (that was another of the titles that had been slowing my order down).

CASABLANCA Movie Only Due Sept. 15

Warner Home Video has announced that they will release a single disc version of Casablanca on Sept. 15 at an MSRP of $28.99.

This should give us hope that if we wait long enough, we will see single disc versions of The Wizard of Oz and Gone With the Wind at a more reasonable price point than what is currently offered with their box sets.


Found this from another member on this site. maybe that is why WB is waiting. That way they will replace with just the single disc.

Yeah, so now we have to wait 2 months? Is it possible they created this new single disc copy just for red2blu? Conspiracy says yes, but money wise - not sure thats a great financial decision on their part.

I'll be fine if they send a single-disc version of Casablanca, as long as they don't charge me $10 for it -- I paid the more expensive price specifically for the Ultimate Edition.

I called a few weeks ago and WB told me that I only have to wait for Casablanca. I called today to follow up and now they tell me that The Matrix and Casablanca are on backorder. They either gave my Matrix disc away or they lied to me when I called.
My order got split and now they charge me for both orders shipping even they said they wouldn't. I wish I would have kept my HD DVDs. I already gave them away so there is no way back. This would be an awesome program if they would do it right.
It is very frustrating I have been waiting since April for my movies.
I hope I will get the Casablanca Collector set and not the one disc edition;
but after all that I don't believe I will.

I only have 1 title right now to send in. I have some friends who are going in on this with me, but they are really slacking on giving me their covers. 6.95 + 4.95 is too much to pay for 1 title.

At this point I don't care if they send the single disc or collector set. Just send the damn movie already. If we have to wait for the collector set, that may be longer than when the single disc version comes out. Rebate the $5 (or credit my account) and send the single one.

Finally, I got a nice customer service rep on the line. She offered to split my order with "no extra shipping added". I should see my main order soon and Casablanca later. She said it could be a couple of weeks. By the way her name was Alanna.

Overall, not a terrible experience for 13 HD-DVD's but I didn't have Planet Earth or Casablanca so I didn't get much of the issues you guys got. I'm doing my Harry Potter collection next. I see someone posted issues on Goblet of Fire being backordered. So I'm sure I'll be splitting my order or will have delays on one of those.
