Update: Now Goblet of Fire is on backorder! I'm having them move it to my Casablanca order and hopefully getting the rest at SOME point! This has been completely ridiculous! I would be surprised if another company offers such a program as lots of people have been left up in the air about things, they just weren't prepared for what they were offering!

i finally got my planet earth a few days ago while i was out of town. I never asked for free shipping but it turns out they never charged me for shipping on the split order. I am happy they had this program but they really needed to be prepared. Hope for the best and plan for the worst.

I got really lucky with this, i had a 9 day turnaround from when i shipped my art and got my blu rays. I had the Matrix Set, Troy, Polar Express and Batman Begins. Yes they have been a little sloppy with some, especially Casablanca. Thumbs up to Warner from me!

yeah- just got my shipping in. will be here on july 2nd. total turn around time of about 2 weeks for me but I didn't place any high demand orders

Called last Friday and they offered to split Casablanca into a separate shipment (for free). Received my movies today! (Shortly after UPS delivered the box, I got the email notification that my movies had been shipped.)

I sent my 7 movie covers Thurs last week and they shipped to me today. I got a tracking number. REally fast

I noticed their now down to 121 titles. Does anyone know which one they just removed?

EDIT: I think it's the Harry Potter Set.

Back to 125, Planet Earth is back there, as well as Room With A View. Not sure about the other two though.

I got the first part of my order (6 out of 8), and everything was there, but they were just tossed, loose, into a paper bag way bigger than they needed. Not even rubber banded together. The case for Robin Hood has a big chunk broken off it, and one of my Harry Potter movies is scuffed and scratched on the bottom. Looks like they are just throwing them in bags and getting them out of there as quickly as possible. I hope my Casablanca box arrives in some kind of passable condition.

BTW does anyone know where I could get empty BD jewel cases that match the ones WB uses so that I can replace the damaged ones?

One of my cases was damaged, too. I just called their support number and told them, and they sent me a second copy. Didn't even have to return the damaged one!

I'm still waiting on my order placed 4/22.

I have been pretty patient since I still have my HD DVD's but after something like 15 weeks it's getting a little rediculous.

I received a letter stating Planet Earth was delaying the shipping a few weeks ago but haven't heard anything since. I sent a follow up e-mail today asking for status so hopefully I'll get my disks soon.

Anyone got word of when this will be available to Canadians...
