Mine come today, sans Casablanca. I'm excited, but I'm not really sure why. It's not like I can't watch the HD-DVD versions.

I received the postcard from WB, so I called this morning and the rep offered to split the order (sans Casablanca) without me even asking. No extra charge.

See, I had to agree to pay a separate shipping charge. Everyone else seems to be getting it free . What's up with that?

I haven't received any correspondence from them since USPS delivered my package in April. I've called them several times, and they tell me it hasn't been checked in because of Casablanca. When I ask about splitting the order, at least 3 reps have said they have no idea where people are getting the option to split the order.

Ask to speak with a manager, or that they check with their manager about splitting the order.

Well I finally got a reply, and the English was a little broken, but it sounds like they lost my sleeves but are going to honor the order anyways, and gave me a new order number, since USPS tracking showed that it had indeed arrived. I hope I'm right about this. I told them to split the order, though I'll have to pay for shipping. At least I only originally paid $4.95 for Casablanca cause I did it before they raised the price, so I don't feel too bad about that. I just hope I'll get it plus the other 7 eventually.

Well, I received a reply to the email. They started off by calling me by the wrong name (even though my email address is my name, and I ended the email with my name!), and then they just regurgitated the same old info as always about overwhelming demand and backorders. Why even send the postcard telling me to contact them?

So yeah, that is exactly what happened. They lost my sleeves! Thank goodness for USPS tracking, they are sending out my order minus Casablanca now. They still made me pay double shipping for splitting it. They said they called and I declined splitting it on the 18th, which totally didn't happen. At least it wasn't lost before it got there!
