I've been charged for mine, but still havent received a tracking # or anything. Putting the reference # into the UPS system gives me nothing.

Yeah, I was just charged for mine today. Hopefully, it doesn't take long to ship after you are charged.

seriously...can someone take a pic of the package they recieve.....post it here just to show some of us poor folk who have yet to receive the order they placed the 1st day the program was offered.

Hello all, I ordered mine like 3 or 4 days after they started the program and using the reference number tracking method my blus should be arriving today - I will try to post pictures.

WB charged my card sometime today.

They recieved my order on Friday (8th)

However, I actually placed my order the exact day the program began, but didn't send out the package until the 4th of May.

Can someone post the link to the USPS refernce number page? I found it but, the page I found won't let me enter a number. Thanks

I sent my order in on the 24th, WB received my package the 28th. I called the customer service last night in order to confirm they had received my package and after several minutes on hold as the representative went to "check with a manager", he returned to inform me that they in fact had NOT received it, and informed me that WB has the post office ship the packages in bulk, and that mine just had not been sent to them yet. Im starting to get worried, is been 2 weeks since they RECIEVED the package, but they have no record of it

I got my Blu's today. It took about 2 weeks for the whole process.

Oh, and Constantine comes with a digital copy even though it's not mentioned anywhere on the box.

I believe mine was shipped 2 days after the charge appeared on my CC.

Well, I sent in my covers on April 28th, they received them on May 1st. I just got my box in the mail with the 16 titles in it, so it only took 2 weeks total to send and then receive them! Pretty awesome turn around time, since i was expecting at least 4-5 weeks. The only downside I have to say is

1- they said they would send an email when the covers are received...they did not.

2- You would receive an email with the tracking number once your package was ready for shipping....I did not.

Now since it came so quick, i can live with it, but why say " You will be able to track your progress every step of the way" when you cant? I had no idea it was coming today, until i got home and there was this big box on my steps! Now it may seem silly to complain about stuff like that when i got my package, but im thinking more for people who for whatever reason DONT get it, like the covers get lost or the package doesnt arrive.

Planet Earth? I dont see that on the Red2Blu (where the list of movies are). Yes I clicked All.

It was included when the program first started, and removed shortly after. Perhaps they reached their supply limit on it.

Anyway, I received my package today with my movies. No confirmation email at any step. Funny thing was, I just emailed them Monday, to check the status and they told me it was sitting in their shipping department waiting to go out. So ether they were wrong, or UPS is just really fast (which is possible, since I'm an hour and half away from the DC)
