No I did not. I did call Red2Blu two days ago to verify they received my Matrix cover. They confirmed and told me the disc was on its way. It came today.

i contacted them about my order and they say it is ready to mail out except for 1 of my 16 titles is on backorder. My order included planet earth. Did anyone who ordered planet earth get their order?

I noticed a pending charge on my CC for the exact amount of my order, so I'm sure mine should be on it's way soon. The only email I've received is the email sent when I placed the order. If I happen to get an email letting me know the status of my order I'll post it.

i don't remember which card i used for this but my delivery confirmation says it was delivered the 29th...hopefully mine comes soon, with or without the e-mail o__0

I mailed my covers in on Monday and they showed up there today in MI according to the tracking info. I can handle a two week turnaround.

Here's to hoping that WB stays on top of this turnaround time.

I am in the same boat. Casablanca is out of stock and they won't ship any of the other 18 blus on order until Casablanca is in.

You can check if red2blu has shipped your order through the UPS website for delivery of your new blus. Your reference number is fifteen digits and looks like this: 239008xxxxxxx00 . xxxxxxx is your order number given to you from red2blu. On the usps return label you printed to return the slip covers you can find the entire reference number in the area above where it says, "Merchandise Return Label" in big bold letters. It will only show up if it has been shipped. Be sure to track by reference through the ups site.

According to my reference number... matrix trilogy will be here tomorrow.

use your reference number through ups online- it will show up if they have shipped them. I posted above how to find it.
