Im showing a pending charge on my card from warner, so i wonder if that means they should be shipping soon?

I have a question, hopefully someone could answer. I haver the Matrix collection on HDDVD. If I sent in the sleeve from the 1st Matrix movie and the sleeve from the other Matrix movie and order both the book version and the trilogy version, would Warner accept it? I looked at the UPC codes on the Matrix HDDVD I have and there isn't any "not for resale" markings anywhere on it so it seems like it would work? Would anyone have an idea about this?

JonJon, it's exactly what I did, unintentionally. Because they didn't state they would upgrade the "complete Matrix" set, then they did. So first I did just the Matrix cover, then sent in the Revolutions cover with 300 (I missed it) in a second order. I can let you know what I get when I get it.

I did exactly the same thing. I really just want the first movie as I didn't care all that much for the second and third films, but since they announced later that you could get the collection even if you didn't have the "right" collection, I went ahead and sent in to get the collection too.

I just called and talked to a very nice Customer Service Representative. The tracking showed that my covers arrived on Thursday last week, but Warner didn't have anything in their computer yet. She said it could take a few days because the response was very overwhelming. I also asked about the Planet Earth set which I ordered, and she told me that I will get it even it is not at the website anymore, SWEET.

I also just spoke with someone because no charges have came through on my card yet and I thought there may be a problem. She said one of the discs I had ordered (Casablanca) was not in stock at the warehouse. Maybe they should ask for some from my local BB there are at lease 80 of them .

She said it was supposedly going to be the full box set with all the items included.

She further stated once that disc comes in (within a few days) then my card will be charged once the order ships.

So that is good news I suppose at least we know that when we see the charge we should all expect to get them soon after.

oh and also she did say at whatever time you ordered that is the price you are locked in at so if you chose Casablanca when it was 4.95 then you still get the same version everyone else gets and you saved 5 bucks.

I wonder if the Harry Potter set will be a chest with all the extras or just the stand alone movie set. I hope its just the movies, I don't want another chest.

I'm happy with either though I assume I'm going to be charged for each film (since I didn't have the chest originally and didn't have the materials to send in from same, I sent in the covers from each film and added each individual film to the cart for upgrade) regardless. It might be cheaper/easier for them to send me the chest and if so I'd be happy to get same. In the end I just want the movies. The only reason I didn't buy the chest originally was that it was relatively expensive and I bought just the most recent movie. A little later Amazon offered a deal on buying 1 - 4 that I took them up on. Basically a 50% sale. If the price for the chest had been cheaper originally, I would have bought it, though I also realize(d) that eventually they'd have to do something to deal with the last group of movies that wouldn't necessarily fit into the existing chest.

Im waiting for the email, I ordered mine the first day, Well this weekend my wallet was stolen from me. So i had to cancel all my cards even the one with this on it. The lady was telling me that i cant change my info, i have to reorder. I was like you have all my sleeves, I talked to another lady last night and she said once i get the email then i can change the credit info.
So has anyone gotten it?

People are reporting receiving their Blu-rays already from this deal... maybe even before getting an email that Warner received their covers. This is not unusual for Warners, though.
