I think the bigger question is: Why are you watching SAP broadcasts of analog broadcasts from Mexican TV stations? Say that 10X fast!
Well, I have a 25 blu-ray stack waiting to be seen by me, and I'm estimating that I'll be surprised tomorrow with the arrival of my Amazon DE GB BDs. All I can say is that I'll do my best to watch both BDs over the weekend .

I try to avoid the multi-dip part, but sometimes that's really hard to do. That's why I rely on the comments left by all of you.

What can I say about the mexican analog channel transmitting english over their SAP? After surfing over all the available channels, it was the only program worth watching on that particular day and time...

Hmm, I guess that one speaks for itself! You have 25 to watch? You have too much money and not enough time!

Hah, seriously? Spanning DVD, HD DVD, and Blu-ray I've got 300+ to watch. Talking about blind buys here, not media upgrades.

After receiving the Amazon DE GB BD's, I can say that I now own 300+ combined discs. I only have not seen 36 of them.

And to reply to dfms, I'm not rich . I'm just going to say that not long ago, I walked a path, but after a while, the road suddenly ended and I had to go back and start all over again...

Haha, fair enough. I don't even have an HD DVD player but I've been stocking up on HD DVD catalog releases. At $5 or less brand new (to include shipping) it's a no brainer. Will probably cap my collection at about 50. I can't afford to buy everything on so I have to take the chance that my HD DVD hardware will last me awhile

Since I already had some "Red", when the HD DVD price drops began, I stocked up on certain titles which interested me.

I soon started having problems finding something else that will interest me to buy without knowing about it, so I turned to the "Blue" side...

If a domestic blu doesn't have a better import version, I look for it used. So far they've been readable and in good condition. I basically compare eBay, half.com and Amazon. I use a bing.com search 8% cash back using "Buy it Now" on eBay. eBay gives me an additional 2% cash back on their "Bucks" program.

I even converted 20 titles on the red2blu program (including the ultimate matrix) @ 6.46/blu. All bells and whistles included.

These are hard times, so I have to look for ways to stretch my money a little more.

Oh I understand about the hard times. I've only been picking up like 2 blus a month or the equivelent $ amount in HD DVDs. With needing to stretch my money, the HD DVDs have been the better buy. Not necessarily picking up the new releases that I would like, but picking up some nice catalog titles that really have a lot of repeat viewing value for me.

Almost Famous has dropped back down to 9.98 for the first time in a couple weeks.

News Flash! The Thing is no longer included in the UK B2G1.

Every now and then I'm checking to see if something interesting is added to the B2G1.

Sin City 11.98 UK. Looks like it has the original cut and a recut edition on a 2 disc set. Now if the exchange rate wasn't so bad right now...

I added the Link for Sin City and a few others. Looks like the price on Casino Royale Special Edition has gone down to 10.98 UK. Dropped 3 pounds. Lowest price on that one that I've seen in probably a month. Even with the exchange rate, Casino Royale Uncut for 10.98, Sin City 2 disc, and another good 10.98 3rd title, would make for a good buy IMO

yes, the exchange rate is making this completely not worth it unless it is an exclusive... bollocks!

Because???

Most of the time, it works about to being around $14 - $15 per bluray.

And thats still cheaper than ordering from Amazon.com in the U.S., even for non-exclusives.
