Default Today is the last day for the Amazon B2G1 deal..is it worth it?

I could pick up Transformers, The Mist, and Rambo (2007) for $47.90..so roughly $16 a piece shipped. Is that worth it in your opinion? Keep in mind that I own none of these..and I have been waiting for Transformers and The Mist. I also watched the very first Rambo's for the first time recently lol...pretty enjoyable.

my thoughts on B2G1 is that they are usually an ok deal but not great, if they have movies that you were going to buy already then of course go for it but otherwise I can wait to find a better deal.

I'm actually looking forward to a re-pricing of their "sale" items.

Like many of you I was going to place an order, but when they raised their prices at the last minute I would have to pay an extra $11 over their advertised prices for 3 titles before the sale.

I wouldn't be surprised to find the separate prices lower after today.

Well I bought
Die Hard With a Vengeance [Blu-ray]
When We Left Earth - The NASA Missions (4-Disc Set) [Blu-ray]
Human Body: Pushing the Limits [Blu-ray]
all for $66.90, normally the cheapest you can find the first one is for $15 ~ $17, the 3rd one for about $17 but the 2nd has never been any lower than 29.99.
So if you do the math 30 + 16 + 17 = 63 and that's assuming they all come from amazon with free shipping and not from 3rd party sellers. So my advice is if you want them and you know that at the end you wont find them any cheaper then you should go for it.

$16 per movie is okay, but not a bargain by any stretch. Bargains begin $13.99 and lower.

Transformers will be $16.99 next week at Best Buy. The Mist is $12.99 + shipping from Inetvideo.com.

I was going to order Weeds Seasons 1&2 with Rocky this week. The total would have been $37.98 at 12.66 per title. Instead went to BB and picked up Weeds S1 and 2 at 12.95 each and said screw Rocky. Spent $25.90 and saved $12.08 for a title that was not a must own. To each his own.

The $12.95 on Weeds is still active thru today, and well worth it. I watched 5 episodes last night.
