Default B3G1 Instead?

Excuse me, but when I tried the link, it said "Buy 3 and get one free."

And yes, you're right, it is disappointing!

If there are three of the $20.95 titles you want, you can get those three for $41.90 delivered and some might find that worth the price. I will never understand why people find a sale not to their liking requires anything other than not buying the items offered for sale. Does anybody here really care to read the endless comments in these threads indicating the sale isn't good in the poster's opinion?

It indicates "Blu-ray 3 for 2 Sale" for me, that is buy 2, get 1 free. As always, the lowest priced title is the free one.

Catalog titles for $28 I long for the day HD enthusiasts aren't treated like we'll pay a premium for old movies just because we paid a premium for our state-of-the-art equipment.

I understand your point, and agree to an extent. I personally hate when someone posts a sale, and people pile on the poster about informing us of such a horrible sale. But I can also understand the frustration people have with this pricing of this media -- Blu-ray has an steep climb already and we all want it to succeed obviously, and overpriced movies aren't helping.

Guess I'm just justifying my own venting But on the flip side, when a good sale does arrive, people trip over themselves trying to praise it (see the CH B1G1 -- now THAT was a sale). It evens out, I think.

I posted this also on bluray.com. The deal I see is that everyone, including me, wants Master and Commander. If 2 other people want to get in on the sale, I will buy 3 copies of Master and Commander for $56. I will sell 2 of the copies for $22 each shipped in US. Shipping will run me about $3 or so each, so price is really about $18 each. If anyone is interested, let me know.

It really is too bad that the prices suck because there are some titles that I would pick up if the 2 I had to pay for were $20 instead of $28 a piece.

Okay, fellas. You might chastise me but I took part of the deal. Two of the titles, I could never find a decent price on so I went ahead with it to see. I added Point Break, Batman: The Movie and Battle of Britain (the one I least wanted but figured what the hell) to my cart. Before I select my payment it says that Point Break was discounted to 22.95 (best value savings???) so my total for all three was 50.90 which equaled out to $16.96 a movie.

No complaints here! So, you might want to check it out if you have three you like and see if this best value savings happens to you.

It would be a decent sale if Fox would lower thier catalog titles to a reasonable price.
