You can send another email in to promotions. That's what I did as the ones that went to orders/refunds got no response. Ones that went to promotions received IMMEDIATE responses.

I f they fail to honor the promo then they will have to eat the return shipping or possibly Credit card chargebacks
I for one will do a CC chargeback

Is the promotions customer service department working on Saturdays and Sundays too? I'm impressed how they responded to some of you in only 5 minutes. That parts makes me feel like jumping on this, but I believe there have been past "errors" and glitches that Amazon has had to politely apologize for and that's what is making me hesitate on this.

actually if they don't honor it after they ship that is illegal. Once it is shipped and they confirmed with you via CS that you got one free then they can't do anything about it. IF they do try you can threaten them with the BBB and fight the charge with your CC company if necessary.

I had 2 orders responded in about 9 minutes - the lastest one however - the one with 9blurays thats scheduled to ship tomorrow hasn't had the 3 for 2 applied. Not worried though. If their policy before I made the latest order was to take the price off, then they are obliged to take the 3 blurays offs of my 9 disc order.

Don't get your hopes up they aren't obligated to anything and nooone cares about the BBB anymore. I bet you can't find a major retailer that doesn't have complaints against it with the BBB. Internet screwups get canceled all the time....
