Has anyone got an email response for the price adjustment after 5:30 EST today? My first (and only thus far) response was at 5:23, and the 2nd email I sent (for my 2nd set of Blu's) around 5:45 has yet to be replied to.

Pre-ordering a movie 5 months ahead of on a questionable deal time take some guts. I guess you can always cancel it.

Yeah, I'm up to 2 emails sent for my second order... i'm going to wait till morning to pull the trigger on a 3rd.

Speaking of pulling the trigger, I'm shocked I haven't broke down and ordered 20+ myself since this brings some discs to *gasp* prices, haha. But seriously, this is a great sale and I don't know how much longer I can hold off a 3rd and 4th order.

Finally after 10 hours:

Quote:
Thank you for writing to us at Amazon.com.

I'm sorry that our promotional offer was not applied to your order.

To correct this error, I've reduced the cost of your order by $59.95.

Rest assured that you will be charged for only $125.94 at time of shipment.

I hope this solution is satisfactory and apologize once again for this inconvenience.

Thank you for shopping at Amazon.com.
So here's my run:

Order #1:

• David Gilmour: Remember That Night - Live At The Royal Albert Hall [Blu-ray]
• Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds: Live at Radio City Music Hall [Blu-ray]
• Men in Black [Blu-ray]

Grand Total: $39.90
Cost Per Movie: $13.30

Order #2:

• Band of Brothers [Blu-ray]
• Firefly: The Complete Series [Blu-ray]
• James Bond Blu-ray Collection Three-Pack, Vol. 1 (Dr. No / Die Another Day / Live and Let Die) [Blu-ray]

Grand Total: $125.94
Cost Per Box Set: $41.98

Now I am really tempted to do another order, lol. I think I'll hold off for now.

So tempting..

I was thinking The Godfather Collection, Heroes Season 2, Kill Bill I & II, but add $14 (S&H) to Canada kind of makes the deal less appealing.. ugh.

Not sure what to do..

I placed 6 orders today at about 6. I then called them and they credited me right then. I've never went the e-mail route and I've had no problems.

I'm surprised they would price adjust 6 orders at the same time. Or did you call 6 times?

FYI, I have yet to receive e-mail confirmations on 3 of the 4 orders I placed. The only one they did respond to was almost instant but the first one was like 7 hours ago and still nothing.

Placed two different orders for 3 pre-order BD's on each order. Sent the email and got a response for both that they credited the cheapest BD on each order. Sweeeeeeeet!!!

so when I contacted Amazon via phone, the girl gave me a promotion credit for $14.95 (the price of one of the discs in my order) instead of taking it off the order. So i canceled that order and used the credit towards the Kill Bill 1-2 pack, so i get it for 25 bucks!

the downer... I looked at my "quick picks" afterwards and it was in there for $37.99..... damn. But i'm not gonna cancel and re-order to risk the 15 bucks to just save another 2.

EDIT: edited in virtual shame, also did what I said i could have done... canceled this and re-ordered the original..... just probably the right thing to do
