EDIT: I got the response for my 2 orders that contained a pre order. Has anyone got an e-mail for an order that contains all available titles? Thats the one order they haven't sent me an e-mail back despite serveral request I have sent.

You need to send them an email (most have had success sending it to the Gift Card/Promotion dept)

Just did it again with The Thing, Eastern Promises and the Hulk (2003); received this e-mail:

I just tried it with three movies that are available: Speed Racer, the Fall and Nightmare Before Christmas; in so far all my orders have contained a pre-order item that they discounted, I want to see if these items that will be shipping tomorrow receive the discount as well.
