just saw this on Attach of theShow:

PARAMOUNT WILL PAY YOU 10 BUCKS IF YOU MOVE YOUR PARA DVD COLLECTION TO BLURAY

You would have to cut Proof of Purchase off both copies (dvd and ray) then send to them

Just a FYI, i think its a deal !! for those who have copies

Could not find any info as of yet

It would also be nice if they would do it for your HD copies too ! Example...Transformers. But I'm not going to swap out my HD's for the same title on Blu unless there was a strong reason to do so. Hence the $10.00 trade up, then sell / trade my HD copy to a local video store which still wants used HD titles.

The 2-Disc Transformers Blu-ray is out TODAY! The 1080p, Dolby True HD release unlocks the ultimate potential of your home theater. It’s loud, action packed and full of bonus features - 360 degree high def views of the robots / behind-the-scenes PiP -

Worth picking up even if you already have the movie on HD DVD--this is the best format for TF yet.

And yes, if you've got it on dvd you can get 10 bucks back!

You should be able to get this deal if you bought the HD-DVD too. I could use the $10 bucks for Transformers.

Yes DVD or HD DVD and you are supposed to be able to get the $10. That is why I ordered the Transformers BD, I own the HD DVD and plan on getting the $10 back.
