Default Sig Electronics Blu-Ray Clearance Sale

Hey Everyone,

If you haven't heard starting September 6, Sig Electronics is having a Clearance sale of all blu-rays in their stores!

I'm not sure why. I called them up and they aren't sure if they will be selling blu-rays after the sale. Apparently they just want to clear out all their stock.

Someone might want to call them up and talk to them. I had a hard time understanding what the guy on the phone was saying.

Obviously a sign of a dismal sale.

I love sig electronics. I love doing a price match with futureshop and matching the price to get a 10% additional discount.

The only problem with SIG is the distance and it's location. BUt they do have awesome sale prices.

I called again.

Turns out they are just clearing out existing inventory to get a new shipment after the sale. They will continue to sell blu-ray even after the sale.

What new shipment? I do not see much new releases in the near future to replace the current inventory.

Sig Electronics has been the best place in Canada to get Blu-Ray titles period! The highest price for any movie has been $22.50, and i've gotten titles like I,Robot, and Pan's Labrynth off there for $14. The flat $7.99 shipping is also great. Way better than going into Futureshop or Best Buy and seeing the same titles list for $30, $35.

Remember when Monkey Wards had Dvd on clearance? They decided it was a format with no future...the rest is history.

As long as they keep selling BDs, I'm happy.

Like others have said, Sig is a terrific place to pick up cheap titles.
