Default Blockbuster now sells previously viewed blurays!!!

I was in BBV this afternoon and for the first time ever, I saw a rack of previously viewed bluray movies! They were either 1) previous rental copies that are over stock, or dont rent 2) Traded in from customers. Yes thats right, you can now finally trade in your bluray movies to BBV! Theres nothing more annoying and time consuming than trying to sell a single bluray disc - so instead I'll just take em into BBV for now on.

I was surprised how many used blurays they had - about 20 or so and they were marked $19.99. I picked up I am Legend for $20.

Ive been tryin to get rid of my invincible but its been a pain in the arse tryin to sell, so im gonna just take it in tommorow for $15 credit (which is decent IMO)

$15 is very decent. I'd sell that movie too if I had it.

Unfortunately, wrong section.... and old news.

And because blu-rays don't scratch you don't have to worry about them being messed up like used dvd copies.

And, my stupid bro in law kept praising on how great invincible is and how its a must buy, I should have rented it instead cause I hated it and it bored me to tears. Never again im listening to him for movie suggestions Big waste of $30.

Really? If that is the case you must have a very pampered life. Do cherubs surround you while they play the harp and feed you grapes fresh of the vine?

The CD store near me sells used BD's for $12.

New BD's are $20 to $30.

Yes, it is awesome!

I buy all my Blu Ray movies used. Like posted above, they scratch less. PLUS at this time only people who take care of their shit are buying Blu Ray movies right now. When Blu Ray becomes more mainstream this will change.
I rented a standard dvd years ago that had a bite mark on it. True story, it is best not to think about it.

i'm sorry but you liked Shutter so i dunno what to think.

What did you not like about Invincible? Its a true story of a everyday man going out there and putting his all into making a dream into a reality. It was right up there for me with the other disney sport flicks like Miracle, Remember the Titans, The Rookie, etc. I think even if you arent a football fan that you can enjoy Invincible.

I know its different strokes for different folks but come on to enjoy Shutter but be bored to tears with Invincible?

Anyone found any used Blu-Rays online? There's a code for $10 off $10 in August, online for subscribers. Use "augappreciation." I can't find any Blu-rays for cheap or used, prices are sky high even with this code. Credit to slickdeals.net.

I went to Blockbuster to try and sell some of my blu-rays a few weeks ago and after scanning the discs, they were offering me $3.50 each for: Apocalypto, Edward Scissorhands, 3:10 to Yuma, and The Prestige, and $10 for Planet Earth Collection. I was like no way, hell no. My discs are all in mint, near mint condition, or great condition.
