Good luck, I would expect to see it lower sometime, but not by November. I have purchased a lot of discs from Warner with all good experiences.

i pre-ordered the ocean's set and Pan's lab and took forever for them to come in.. i didnt have a prob wit the HP set. .i got that set a day before its release date but ocean's took 2 months to come and pan's took about 3 weeks.. on a pre-order thats a long wait

If you use a credit card, they pre-auth it. It will not be charged before it ships. However, if you use a debit card, the pre-auth will take your money out.

i did a 3 item order, all preorders for different dates, they billed as each one shipped, shipped all separate. my only order w/ them, and i loved it.

Yea me too. They got all my releases so far on the day of release date with the free shipping option! I don't buy from Amazon anymore if it is a WB, HBO, or New Line title!!!

I also had nothing but good experiences with WHV. I've received every pre-order anywhere from a day to a week early. Then, there's those lucky bastards who received The Sarah Connor Chronicles last week, a full 3 weeks early! Amazon is still great, but not even they can do that.

Customer service is a bit lacking with them. Email communication is precarious as they usually notify me my order has shipped after I receive the product, and they never notify if something I've ordered is backordered. I always have to ask.

On the opposite side though, I usually get my orders within their stated delivery timeframe, and they always respond to my questions the same day.

Anyway, way better than tower.com. They rot.

Wow, 2 months after it was relesed, you received it? That is a long wait, guess not everyone has been as fortunate as I have.
