Default J and R Blu-Ray Sale

http://www.jr.com/category/movies/n/...ice-0/page-20/

It's not bad FWIW. Many movies are at $18.99.

Strange I bought alot of these from JR.com for $5-10 less over the past months and now the prices are all jacked up.

Nevermind, I bought mine during their real sales.

Either they haven't adjusted their prices for the sale yet, or this is a much weaker sale than their last one. Too bad.

I agree. It's definately not worth skipping lunch and taking the train down there. I'd rather buy at amazon (even with their NY Tax).

Doesn't really look like a sale to me, I think these are just regular prices. Usually JR has some pretty good sales so I'll give them the benefit of a doubt and conclude that this isn't a sale...

http://www.jr.com/category/movies/

Scroll down a bit, you'll see a button that says "All Blu-ray Disc movies are on sale!" with Daniel Craig in the background.

Click that, and it will take you to the list, sorted by top sellers. Click 'sort by price (low to high),' and you'll see the list the OP linked to.

This is, ostensibly, a sale. That it doesn't LOOK like much of a sale is another matter entirely.

The Big White at $5.99 got my attention. IMDb makes it look really good but I have to admit I had never heard of it until I saw it listed at J&R.

Yeah those prices are wack for a sale. They even have the Blue Man Group - How to be a Megastar listed as coming out in May 2008.
