I have done it in the past 2 years around 30 times but I haven't received anything about this offer.

Nevermind. I may have misinterpreted a post above as referring to the $10 google checkout offer for new customers. Sorry.

yeah only new customers so i'm saving mine and debating on what to get. also, what if you make another gmail account and use that to get the discount? do they track you by name, address and all that info or what? also, what if someone else in your household signs up to use that promotional discount? will they allow it to go through or is it just 1 per household period? oh yeah, to the op..did they ever fix those harry potter sets on blu ray? I had heard that they one disc was an hd dvd but never heard anyone clarify if they fixed the problem or not.

I got the $25 one as well. This is my third or fourth in the past couple of months. I'm not sure why I keep getting these, but I'm not complaining. Please keep sending them Buy.com and I'll keep buying.

I'm still deciding on what to get this time. I got the Spider-Man Trilogy last time for $40 shipped.

I used it and picked up:
Dirty Dancing BD, The Rock BD, Terminator BD and Wall Street BDfor $62. Not agreat deal but pretty good.
For the record, the Dirty Dancing is for the wife...I HATE this movie!!
Love Wall Street though.

I've used the $10 off Google/buy thing also 9 different times. I used every different email address I can think of and Citi cards allow for a 'virtual' cc number which is different than the number on the actual card. Ihaven't had any prders cancelled doing this.
I've got one more addy left and I'm saving it for a special purchase...maybe Master and Commander or The Longest Day on blu-ray.

I don't feel the least bit guilty either, so bother preaching about ethics, lol. You probably don't work for a retailer and still did the Blu-ray certification for the free disc didn't you.....
