Well....I was going to call them when I got the chance but my movies arrived yesterday! Very exciting because it took only 7 weeks!

I sent my rebate for my 5 free blu-rays in on December 26 and just received my discs today. Less than 2 months. Not bad. Faster than the 5 free hd dvds. I sent that rebate in at the end of September and received the discs on the Saturday before Christmas. Took almost 3 months for those.

I just got my 5 free DVDs today, almost exactly 20 weeks after sending off the paperwork (California).

I called buena vista in January as their status site didn't have any record of my submission. They said that the holiday offers didn't show up on the tracking site but that they had my info. They did send what I asked for. No substitutions.

Got mine from Amazon last July. It took over 2 months for the discs to arrive, but they got here.

Just before they arrived I got a postcard saying that some titles were unavailable, would I like to cancel my order. Huh, why would I cancel free stuff? Then like the next day I got all the discs I asked for. Strange!

Sent mine in around Dec5th and got them last week on Feb 11th, I'm in Alberta

I sent in my offer from the bd30k in the second week of Jan. I got the movies back on Feb. 20th. It took a little over a month. Where as when I bought my PS3 it took around two months to get them back.
I mailed out my 5 free hd dvd offer in the middle of November.... still waiting!

I'm Canadian & sent mine in on Dec 18th. Was told I was inputed into the system on Jan 4th, so it's supposed to be 8-10weeks from that date.
I'm hoping it's sooner as I'm in Ontario & my 5 HD DVD's took only 7 weeks to get here (including a 10+ day delay as I forgot to mail my shipping & handling check in the 1st time).

I called the Blu-Ray rebate hotline, and they told me that they got my request on February 9, 2008 (I mailed my envelope on January 16, 2008), and they informed me that my Blu-Ray movies shipped on March 2, 2008. I guess they honored my rebate. I should get them within three to four weeks from March 2, 2008. I will let you all know when I get mine.

Sent mine in the week after Christmas and recieved them today. Very happy that Buena took the liberty to replace "Full Metal Jacket" with the remastered version. quality PR move on their part.

got my movies saturday. bought in colorado and shipped to my girlfriends house because they do not ship to po boxes which i have. so anyone who was wondering about the buy in one state and ship to another, it worked for me, got the movies i requested too.

Those are the exact ones I asked for I sent mine off in early January, hopefully they'll arrive soon.

I sent mine in late September, called in December, received post card asking if I wanted to cancel (or wait until March due backorder) in January, and still waiting as of today. I don't know why I've had such bad luck, and I have yet to hear of anyone waiting longer than me. To give you an idea, my rebate was sent so long ago - there were still 60 gig PS3's and the 80 gig's were still fairly new, I bought a 60-gig PS3 sent the rebate and still waiting. It's been processing since about November according to Buena Vista's website and customer service never helps, they always say "It is being prepared to ship and should ship in 1 to 2 weeks." Of course I stopped believing that after the 3rd call and am now just hoping it actually shipped on March 3rd like the postcard I received said it would.
