Anyone else had problems with these guys?

If not or if you haven't used them? Don't!

I ordered Spider-man 3 on Blu Ray mid December, they told me it was dispatched December 19th.

Well, finally, after 4 letters of complaints and 4 weeks of wating, I finally got a response.

Hi,

we're sorry about this, unfortunately we didn't receive any previous e-mails frm you, in addition nothing has been sent to you.

We have now issued a refund for this order.

Didn't receive any emails???

I think they meant to say "We have ignored all the other emails except when you said you would seek legal advice and the bank would seek the money back!"

They have no phone number to contact them and their registered address is a Virtual Address, so its just for post, its not staffed.

I've written back to say I think as a good will gesture I should be sent the Spider-man 3 Blu Ray and get my refund considering it was supposed to be a Christmas present and I've waited so long, but I don't expect anything back.

Now just make sure you get the refund. Is this a scam website? Reminds me of the time when the PS2 first came out, I bought an online package for $500 which included some games too. I was a stupid kid then, and didn't think twice when they only took checks, no cc's. Well of course it was a scam, and I lost the money for about a year but investigators in Florida busted up the culprits and was able to recover the money for all the victims. Lesson well learned...

By the way, that money saving experts site, the colors are way too loud. I thought it was spam for a sec.
