Default Question about 5 free Blu's mail-in offer with PS3

Just a real quick question for those of you that have already done this after buying a PS3.

Do I need to include the SKU (POS Barcode) and the Serial # on the outside of the box?? I didnt think I would need the serial number, but I thought I'd ask just to make sure nobody else had any problems with just sending the SKU, receipt and the order form.

thanks.

I had the same question, so I just cut out both and mailed them in, just to be sure.

thanks.... I assume you got yours no problem??

The only reason I ask, is becuase the serial # is listed on the reciept (as it normally would be) I just didnt want to prolong the process or chop up my box more than I have to.

I sent the pos upc code and just got my submission back saying that I had not included the UPC code (which they sent back). So I guess I'll resubmit with the serial number barcode and the UPC this time.

Is there a better rebate form? The movies on the one from Wal-Mart suck.

I sent mine on Nov 30, they received my mail-in rebate info on Dec 2 (I sent it with Delivery of Confirmation) and I got my movies on Dec 24, right before Christmas.

I got mine from Best Buy and they gave me an extra reciept and a form to fill out and I cut off the bar code. I got my movies a couple weeks back.
