The BOGO ended last night. The B2G1 that starts today is on HD DVD only, NOT on Blu-ray. So it should be obvious why you can't use a Blu-ray coupon on the B2G1 sale.

My error. I thought the B2G1 was for both formats. Coupon should work for any titles then.

It was OK. I haven't decided yet whether I will buy it but it is worth a viewing. My suggestion would be to rent it first if you can.

If you liked Crank, but it. If not, rent it.

So this is basically a little less than a buy 2 get 1 deal.

Or are there a lot of under 20 dollar blu ray movies at best buy?

Not many under $20. Many at $24.95. It's too bad as Best Buy is not priced that great on HD movies. Fry's, for example, prices their movies at about $5 less on the average. I have even seen as much as a $8 dollar difference between the two stores. Generally, Circuit City is right in line with Best Buy on pricing. Without things like the $20 coupon, I would never buy movies at Best Buy. For B&M stores, Fry's is consistently the best by far. For on line, I go to Amazon. Their prices tend to match Fry's in store. It is just a matter of stock and where the movie is available that determines where I go.

One thing that I did notice is that there has been one exception to what I noted above. Blade Runner. All three (BB, Fry's and CC) have BR at exactly the same price...$34.99. That was curious. Amazon did have a better price, I think it was $27.99.

None. The cheapest regular price is $24.99, and sometimes specific titles go on sale for under $20.

Print a butt ton of copies of this. In two days, I've used it three times to load up on Blu rays. You can only do three at a time but it's good everytime if there are movies you have held off on buying. It may not be the best deal but even with tax, it beats any price per disc including amazon.
