Speed Racer: States digital copy will work with Macs, but doesn't.

I just want to know if you guys know who to call about this. On the cover of Speed Racer, there is a note saying that Speed will work worth both Macs and PCs, but, after buying it, it doesn't.

Anyone know who to call about this? Or maybe I'm doing something wrong?

somebody was talking about this the other day.
It's an error on the packaging I believe.
on the inside in some small print somewhere I believe it makes clear that it will not work with Macs.
