Make sure you have AnyDVD HD running. Open up powerdvd. Go to My Computer, right click on your blu-ray movie and click explore. Go to BDMV > STREAM. The largest file will probably be your movie. Drag and drop the file into the powerdvd player window. Once it is playing you should have a snapshot button that looks like a camera at the bottom. Go to Configure PowerDVD settings > player tab > advanced > capture tab to change the snapshot settings. PNG should be a completely uncompressed photo.
