oops, posting before coffee is bad.

when someone renews their drivers license, they can register to vote via the motor voter bill which i guess would be at 20 if they were lazy around their 18th birthday. a peeve of mine in general is that people can operate a dangerous vehicle at 16, but can't do much of anything else until 18.
