Yeah, I'm having the same issue. I recently picked up John Mayer - Where the Light Is: Live in Los Angeles on Blu-ray, and it advertises BD-Live functionality in the way of a 57 MB downloadable backstage performance of "Belief". But every time I try to access it through the Bonus Features menu on the disc, nothing happens for about 20 seconds, and then a message pops up saying this:

That's a pile of crap, since the green wireless light is on (i.e., I'm on a wireless router), and I have zero problems playing PS3 games online or accessing the PlayStation Store, etc.

I called Sony support earlier this evening, and the rep I talked to apparently had no idea what BD-Live even was. He asked me to disable the PS3's media server connection to see if that would change anything, but it didn't, and then he told me that the problem was that the download requires some sort of media player, which the PS3 "does not support at this time." Again, that's crap; as far as I understand, it's (presumably) supposed to download a video of the performance to my PS3's hard drive. Unfortunately, I don't own any other Blu-ray Discs with BD-Live, so I can't test out other BDs.
