When you talk about, "stopped loading," are you having the same problems with both Blu-ray and regular DVDs? If it's ONLY with Blu-ray discs, then you might have experienced a drive failure problem that has been affecting a few owners that purchased units last year.
Whatever the case maybe, owners have reported a quick turnaround time of about a week from when they sent their units to the Panasonic repair center.

Thanks NK. Yeah, it plays CD's and standard DVD's just fine so it's likely the BR drive since it won't play BR discs. I packaged it up and put it in the mail this afternoon. Hopefully, they can turn it around fairly quickly. Thanks again.
