Windex will strip the anti-scratch coating right off your disc (the ammonia)
The same goes for anti-glare coatings on your TV. NEVER use anything other than water (preferably distilled) on your discs, and don't use any cleaner on your TV but water unless it's provided by the TV manufacturer
