It's more of a problem actually. I recently sold almost all of my hd-dvd collection on here. everything is shipped and everyone has received they're stuff perfectly. I have a user who received a box set that was damaged. He did not want insurance as it was offered. I sent air mail with delivery confirmation. The set was perfect when i shipped it out (with tears in my eyes

And now he is emailing me asking for a refund. I feel like i should not have to refund this users $ because like i said the discs/package was perfect when i watched/wrapped/shipped them to this user. Just wondering what i should do anyone have any useful information for me or am i screwed into refunding a $35 box-set. I mean look at my feedback i don't make mistakes like this all my stuff is A1 perfect stuff and is it my fault that the post office screwed up the package?
